Creator retains copyright, intellectual property ownership, and authorship rights of all uploaded content. SportsClippers does not acquire ownership.

License Granted to SportsClippers

Creator grants SportsClippers a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to host, display, market, distribute, sell, and sublicense content through SportsClippers services.

Revenue Rights

Creator authorizes SportsClippers to process payments, collect licensing fees, and distribute creator revenue according to platform terms.

Creator Warranties

Creator represents that they created the content, possess all rights necessary, content does not infringe third-party rights, and all required permissions were obtained.

SportsClippers Protection

Creator indemnifies SportsClippers against copyright claims, ownership disputes, and unauthorized uploads.

Licensing Authorization

Creator authorizes SportsClippers to issue personal licenses, school licenses, editorial licenses, documentary licenses, and commercial licenses under SportsClippers terms.

Removal Rights

Creator may remove content from future availability at any time. Past licenses issued prior to removal remain valid.
